Riverbend Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation (RCEF) conceived in 1994, is a 501 C-3, non-profit, non-membership, local business and entrepreneur development organization. From our origins, we provide free and confidential business consulting services for entrepreneurs in the Southern Minnesota. We provide a grassroots approach to identify, encourage, and support homegrown innovation as an important economic development strategy. RCEF helps to turn those homegrown ideas into new jobs or retained jobs, while assisting individuals, entrepreneurs, inventors, and existing business to achieve their respective goals.
